Best Workouts | Online and In-Class

Happy Wednesday and I hope you’re getting through hump day like it’s Friday! Today I am coming at you with my favorite workouts, both online and in-class. For the in-class ones, I will only be talking about ones in New York City of course. And of course, some workout and athleisure outfits. Let’s begin!

Online Workouts


Cassey Ho is the founder of Blogilates on YouTube and I absolutely love watching her. I have been watching her for years but only started actually doing her workouts about two or three years ago. I do not religiously workout with her videos, but they are all pretty short and I will follow along when I only have a little bit of time or when I have watched too much Netflix. I love that she has different series and she really motivates you in her videos!


This workout plan is available here for $39.00 (I have version 1.0). It is also created by Blogilates, but it is a more streamlined workout. I bought this about two years ago and go through phases of doing the workout program. The workout program is 28 days and my personal best is going through it twice in a row. Not so much to brag about, but it’s better than nothing. Sometimes I will go through 14 days of the program, stop for a month, and then get back into it again. Working out really takes a lot of self-motivation! What I like most about this program is that I can really see a difference.

Body by Simone

Since I travel a lot for work, I cannot always go to Zumba classes in the city, so I opt for YouTube videos. Body by Simone is a studio in New York City that is quite popular. While I have never been to the classes (they fill up really quickly on ClassPass!), I do like to follow along with her videos when I’m in my hotel room. Picturing it, it’s kind of ridiculous, but it gets the work done.


For my in-class workouts, I like to use ClassPass to book my classes at different studios. I have talked about ClassPass before, and yes, I still use it. I don’t like to commit to one gym or studio, so I like the flexibility ClassPass provides. You can buy credits every month and book classes for a different amount of credits (popular ones will cost you more credits). You can get $40 off your first month here for the 5 class plan and 10 class plan. Below are some of my favorite classes in New York City.
