It felt like fall already when I was in Toronto for my friend’s birthday and I gotta say, I loved it. The air was so crisp and some of the leaves were changing colors – it was beautiful and the perfect cardigan weather. Cardigans are my favorite transitional clothing item because they are so cozy and versatile. This black one with the criss-cross back detail has been pretty much the only one I’ve been wearing this season because it matches with everything. Happy Sunday! Since I travel a LOT for work, I thought it would be interesting to do a what’s in my travel makeup bag : ) At home, I use this makeup organizer to organize everything, and when I travel, I use my Kylie Cosmetics pouch to hold everything that is on this list. As I mentioned in my August favorites, I have not been using foundation much and have just been using the Tarte concealer – super quick and easy! After countless cancels and delays, I finally met up with Bess and Sandra in Montreal, Canada! This was actually my third time in Montreal, but it has been over ten years since I’ve been here during the warmer months. After college, my friends and I ended up in different states and scattered on both coasts, but we managed to make all our vacation schedules match up for a road trip. What sparked our trip was actually Ingrid Nilsen’s video with her friends to Portland, Maine, and we thought it was the perfect idea for our first post-graduation trip together. It was so much fun,… View Post

In late June, I visited my brother in Colorado and we went on a road trip to the Rocky Mountains National Park! The three main destinations were Deer Mountain, Bear Lake, and Loch Vale. We wanted to see both mountains and lakes, so that’s why we decided on those destinations. And you know what? We were over 10,000 feet above sea level on both days!! It was so nice to escape the busy city to a place without cellphone service (Instastorying was a struggle but that’s okay). While I am not the most athletic person (crazy to think that I used… View Post
