Colorblock Cardigan | Goodnight Macaroon Haul + Review

Today I will be doing a haul and review of an online clothing store called Goodnight Macaroon. I discovered this store through Instagram a while ago, and placed an order back in September. Two months later, I am finally sitting down to do a haul and review of the store!

The Goodnight Macaroon Instagram is soo aesthetically pleasing, which is part of the reason why I wanted to order from there. The price range is similar to Urban Outfitters, and the style is very feminine and trendy. One thing that surprised me was that it shipped from Hong Kong, but the shipping was very fast. I did not have to return anything from my order, but according to their website, you can request a return label for a flat fee of $15 or ship on your own. Thank goodness I loved everything I ordered! Some of the items are one-size only, but most of those items can be worn oversized. If you have a small frame like I do, it works out well. You can also look at the bloggers they feature to see what size they wear. Finally, I just love the feminine style 🙂

Since it was my first time ordering from this store, I only ordered four items. I am featuring my favorite item from the order in this outfit – the colorblock cardigan. I have been wanting a long cardigan like this for the longest time, and finally found the perfect one. I love that all three colors are neutral, and it hits me near the knee (I am 5’5”). This cardigan reminds me of someone who’s style is very casual chic, and it makes me feel very *casual chic* when I wear it. I paired it with my jeans that have a ripped hem and black v-neck sweater. I finished the look with my favorite buckle booties.

This cardigan will also look great for a very casual outfit, like if you’re going to the airport. Leggings, sweater, sneakers, and top it off with this cardigan, and you’ll be comfy and cozy on the plane. It will definitely keep you warm because it is quite thick and heavy, and it kept me warm this past weekend when I was strolling around New York City. Finally hit up Top of the Rock!!

This camel A-line skirt was featured on my Instagram recently! I love that it is structured and thick, so it is perfect for fall and winter. It looks great when you tuck in any sweater (mine is from Anthropologie, but sold out). I paired the skirt with my ECCO booties that have this two-tone leather thing going on and are super comfortable. (Definitely should have ironed the skirt oops.)

I get compliments about this houndstooth skirt whenever I wear it! Similar to the camel skirt, it is also structured and thick, but slightly less structured and slightly thinner. I wore it recently when I went to Bryant Park, and paired it with an old top from Forever21 and an old cardigan from Zara. The skirt has a lining inside, so it adds a little extra warmth. I finished the look with my burgundy over-the-knee boots from DSW – super glad I found this because it is a wayyy more affordable option for my Stuart Weitzman ones. I am in love with the pattern of this skirt and can’t wait to wear it with my red cashmere sweater for the holidays!

‘Greta’ Stripe Scalloped Neck Sweater

The last item I ordered is the black and white striped sweater from my “Three denim jackets you NEED in your closet” blog post. It is sold out, but the sweater is really soft and washes well, so I thought I would show you some of my favorite sweaters that are currently on their website.

I hope you enjoyed this haul and review of Goodnight Macaroon. What are some online clothing stores you discovered recently? Leave them in the comments below. Thank you so much for stopping by!
