Favorite Belt & Denim Combos

Happy Tuesday! I can’t believe there is less than one week until Christmas! Two of my friends from Toronto are visiting me for the holidays and I am so so excited to see them 🤗 While I love wearing dresses and skirts, I definitely wear jeans a lot more during the colder months. Recently, I’ve been wearing my jeans with belts and have been loving these three combinations. Keep on reading to see the three outfits!

If you saw my Winter Lookbook, these black high-waisted jeans (similar) are probably familiar. They actually have rip at the knees, but my taupe over-the-knee boots are covering them. I am wearing a simple white mockneck top and topped the look with my pink faux fur coat that is on sale right now. I finished the look with a western-inspired belt (similar), which I restyled from the warmer months. There are some very expensive options, but mine is less than $10. You seriously can’t beat that.

I think this is my first pair of boyfriend jeans, and seriously love how they look! They make any look more casual, and are very easy to wear. These boyfriend jeans have slight distressed details, but not too much to the extent that it is not appropriate for the work place for casual Fridays. Plus they are on sale! I am wearing the same white mockneck top, with a black bodysuit over it, and tucked them into the jeans. I rocked my black leather booties and threw on my teddy bear coat from last year (similar, also similar). This double-circle belt has gold details that match with my necklace, and adds a little glam to the otherwise very casual outfit. I love that the circles on the belt are slightly oversized, and reminds me of the Gucci ones!

And finally, the most casual outfit of them all. These ripped-hem jeans were also featured in my Winter Lookbook. The ripped hem really make them unique, and they are on sale! I am wearing the Uniqlo heattech shirt underneath the black Merci sweatshirt, and topped it off with a beige oversized waterfall coat. To keep the look casual, I slipped into my Superga white sneakers. This silver circle belt is a very simple one, and I love that they match with pretty much anything. There is a small detail at the tip of the belt, so it adds a little extra sparkle!

I hope you enjoyed these three looks! Belts not only add a little extra something to the outfit, but also makes it look like you put more effort than you actually did (when in reality you really just needed the belt to keep your pants up haha).
