My studio is all decked out for Christmas! I finally got around to decorating my place, and I absolutely love it! It is a mix of DIY and store-bought items and I’m really excited to share it with everyone! If you want to see my studio tour before I decked it all out, click here. Let’s begin! Since my studio is not that big, I don’t have space for a 8 ft. Christmas tree, but this 2 ft. one from Target is just as festive : ) I bought a cone styrofoam from Michael’s and wrapped it with some silver… View Post

I have always struggled with my sensitive combination skin, but it has been getting better recently so I thought I’d share my skincare routine here! I have a 9-5 job from Monday to Friday, so I try to keep my skincare routine pretty simple : ) The first thing I do at night is take my makeup off with Neutrogena makeup remover cleansing towelettes, because they are fragrance-free and removes my makeup very quickly. Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick Limited Edition ($21) – double dare is my favorite, then mother! Aggcoddler ($21) – yeah this thing looks weird, but it’s a fun kitchen gadget. Basically, it makes making flavored eggs way easier! Tangle Teezer ($20) – you… View Post

I love discovering new brands!! I recently discovered a brand called Miss Selfridge, which is based in the UK, and everything is so cute and fits me really well. It’s similar to Topshop – everything is made really well, but Miss Selfridge is more girly. The most difficult thing about online shopping from a brand you’ve never tried before is how everything will fit, but I have not had a single item that does not fit me well. One downside about ordering from Miss Selfridge is that because it’s from the UK, if want to return something, you have to… View Post

Keith Ferrazzi, the author of Never Eat Alone, gives many examples of what networking is, how to network, and beyond. And you should read it if you want to know more. I am here to write about what I learned from the book and my thoughts about it. Networking has a negative connotation in the business world, it’s like you’re talking to someone to get something from them, but that… View Post
