I am finally sitting down to talk to you about the Sugar Bear Hair vitamins that I have been trying out for the past two months! You know those cute little blue bear gummy vitamins that are all over Instagram? Yup, I am talking about those. In short, the Sugar Bear Hair craze is real and my hair grew two inches in two months, which is double as fast as it normally grows. I did not cut or color my hair during this time and continued my normal hair care procedures (click here for blog post).

First Impressions

My first impression of these gummy vitamins was that they’re suuper delicious, but I was skeptical about them. Sugar Bear Hair vitamins are vegetarian, and are made of effective ingredients containing Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Iodine, Zinc, Choline and Inositol. Basically, a lot of good ingredients. They taste really sweet and kind of remind me of Swedish gummies that are more dense than normal gummy bears. You take two bears a day, but I will be honest, I have eaten more than that before (oops).

Do They Work?

Yes! My hair grew two inches in two months. The most noticeable thing about my hair is the length! My hair also feels less dry and looks shinier than before, but it might also be because I have not been blowdrying my hair often these days. I still use other hot tools though, and the same haircare routine as before. My nails are also stronger, so lots of good things from eating these gummy vitamins!

One downside is that I felt like I had to use my epilator more often for body hair, because it wasn’t just the hair on my head that was growing faster. However, I really don’t have that much body hair to begin with, so it didn’t make that much of a difference.

Side Effects

I read online that some people broke out from eating these vitamins, but I did not break out. I was honestly kind of scared at first, because I have sensitive combination skin, but all is good 🙂

Final Review

Get them, seriously. I was skeptical at first, but after taking them for two months, my hair grew two inches in two months and is easier to manage. I used to have to straighten the front pieces of my hair before curling them so that it wouldn’t be so frizzy, but now I don’t have to. I have also received compliments on my hair on Instagram, which never used to happen! I am not a doctor, but it’s safe to say that if these vitamins break you out, then don’t eat them. That seemed to be the biggest concern online. I really want to include these gummy vitamins in my annual blog giveaway (coming soon), so let me know in the comments if you want to try them out!

I hope this review helped you out! If you try out Sugar Bear Hair vitamins, let me know how you like it and happy hair growing. Thank you so much for stopping by : )
