It is no secret that I love shopping. In fact, I love it so much that I put myself on a shopping ban until Black Friday (what?!). Yup, I started in mid/late September. I placed an order from Goodnight Macaroon before the ban though, kind of as my last hurrah before two months of no shopping. I will be doing a haul and review on the blog soon! In the meantime, I asked you guys on Instagram what you want to see on the blog, and most of the responses were related to where I shop and my wardrobe, so… View Post

It felt like fall already when I was in Toronto for my friend’s birthday and I gotta say, I loved it. The air was so crisp and some of the leaves were changing colors – it was beautiful and the perfect cardigan weather. Cardigans are my favorite transitional clothing item because they are so cozy and versatile. This black one with the criss-cross back detail has been pretty much the only one I’ve been wearing this season because it matches with everything. This was actually my third time in Montreal, but it has been over ten years since I’ve been here during the warmer months. If you read my previous post – Portland Travel Diary, you would know that I love a good girls trip! Let’s see some of the beautiful spots in Montreal! Navy button dress / White sneakers (platform version here) / Sunglasses / Backpack Even though I only had 48 hours in Montreal, we definitely made the most of it. Special thanks to Bess for being… View Post

It is super on trend with the gingham pattern and one shoulder detail! I paired it with my nude lace-up heels from Public Desire, but you can always opt for white sandals or white sneakers for a more casual look. If heels aren’t your thing but you still want some height, I recommend my go-to wedges for this summer, or even these mules and these block heel… View Post
