Year in Review | Best of 2016

There are so many things I am grateful for in 2016, but I wanted to pick five very special moments to feature in my year in review. Through this post, I hope to also share a bit more about my life with you!

I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in May – it was sunny, rainy, and snowy on graduation day (very typical Pittsburgh). After four years of hard work, I did it! Thank you to my family and friends who supported me through my journey and I am proud to be a Tartan.

My parents and I welcomed the newest member of our family – Chloe. She not only has the same birthday as me, but also is just like me! She was only three months old in this picture, and now she is beautiful and full of sass haha.

I spent summer with my parents and we went on a trip to Green Island, an island southeast of Taiwan. We rode the motorcycle around the island (yes, it is a small island), went scubadiving for the first time, and ate so much good food. Food in Taiwan is seriously the best! It was great spending the entire summer with my parents after four years of college.

I then moved to New York City and started work in August – learned a lot of adulting in a short period of time. As a consultant, I travel a lot for work, but I am proud to say that going back to my small NYC studio feels like home <3

I started my blog on October 31st and am so thankful for all the positive feedback and support : ) This was a defining moment of 2016 because it has become a big part of my life and am so glad I decided to start a blog. I will be relaunching under a new domain at the beginning of 2017 and I hope you will continue on this journey with me!

As always, thank you for stopping by : )
